Very interesting game! I can't wait to see more. I am currently playing it and only just started, but I'll update my review here the further I continue playing. So far, I love the art style and the overall vibe :)))
HALLOOOOOOO. so quick question... i just downloaded the game and looked over the controls and im trying to complete the tuto, yet the Z button doesn't really work. i have to click it AGGRESSIVELY to finally get what i need..
I love the story and the game is well made. The horror was not what made me cry. I was sobbing and apologizing to pixel customers because I am but one man trying to serve them all fast enough. I was failing miserably. I am very much not good at this. That is a personal skill issue. The game is 10/10.
I usually don't leave comments on games I've played.. BUT SERIOUSLY, HOW COULD I NOT?? The characters were fleshed out, the soundtrack was a banger, and the overall gameplay mechanic was addicting.. After I finished the game I was seriously second guessing in deleting it since I haven't had that much enjoyment in a such a short indie game. Absolutely wonderful game, devs!
i have this issue where sometimes once the clients are done and are ready to pay, they just stand beside their table and I'm unable to check them out or interact with them in any way, so they end up leaving without tipping. Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I just doing something wrong lol

I had the same problem, if you find it hard to interact with the tables and such, press the up button (the button on your keyboard with an arrow pointing up) and then click the space bar and it should let you. If this doesnt work you're probably pressing in the wrong area and not lined up properly with the thing you want to interact with. Hope this helps! so like.... exactly what should i do when im trying to give the chefs an order? Bc like, im playin the tut, and it the tut, it wont really allow me to turn in the orders at all, AND I HAVE WANTED TO PLAY IS SB BUT IT WONT LET ME TURN IN ORDERS-
not sure how you're trying to give the chefs the orders, but the way that you're meant to do it is to interact with the lever looking thing by the shelf with curtains. if it doesn't work you might need to press the up arrow then the interact key so the game knows what you're trying to interact with.
if you've been doing all that i have no advice for you lol

Main issues I have tho, really need that bug fixed where you can't interact with stuff unless ur like, cornered to them. makes interacting with tables and people really hard/tedious/waste seconds trying to find the sweet spot.
Second, the keyboard controls are, in my opinion, awful. Maybe it's because I'm used to WASD and any right sided buttons being the interact buttons, but arrow keys for movement, then Z,X, and left shift for sprint for the left hand? Totally made everything more challenging than necessary... I recommend letting players re-map buttons for comfort if possible. Also controller compatibility would absolutely MAKE this game for me <3

I retried playing this day at least 7 times.. but still... NOTHING WORKS... I.. I need the devs of this game to fix this issue cause.. I just can't do anything at this point..

adored this game, fully completed it in one sitting i was that hooked! amazing visuals and soundtrack and really fun characters! tycoon gameplay was a good level of challenging too imo- totally recommend !!! <3
i dont get the call?.. i did all the actions required up until day 5 unknowingly in my first playthrough and got the first ending, i re-did the game from zero in a seperate file just to make sure, re-did all the actions claimed as needed in the official guide, currently on day 7 and i cannot enter the freezer.

The game can be clunky at times and the controls took some time to get used to, but I enjoyed this game! I highly recommend playing it without watching any gameplay beforehand! The game isn't TERRIFYING but it can be jarring and leave you feeling anxious or cold.
Honestly..! This game is great! It takes some time to get used to the controls though because I mainly play games with the WASD mechanic but its great. I've played it for a while but only got the steak ending... I'll watch a few tutorials and see where it leads me :D

Yeah not defaulting to WASD for movement always just boggles my mind. My poor right wrist was cramped by day two, couldn't keep playing. :\

i had a troblem thorough the game and the tutorial where i wasnt able to pick up the dishes and it kept making me unable to play it
Hey. You need to point rody's head at the plate (cover the plate), and then press and hold the up arrow and interact with z!
Game is so fun and story is amazing... I wish there was an infinite mode of some sort to just keep serving
