I was really excited to play the game, and it runs smoothly up till the point when I decide where I start (5 am tutorial etc). when I click any of the options it gives me this error, and I've tried multiple times by restarting the game but it always shows me this. does anyone know how to fix it?
Took me a little longer than intended to get around to this one, but I am very glad I did.
I rather enjoy RPG Maker horror, and this was certainly one with a very unique setting, that interested me quite a bit. And without giving too much away spoiler-wise, I was very happy to see that a Restaurant-themed horror story did not go the obvious route that so many of them do. Well, sort of. But with a bit of a twist I highly appreciated.
The actual restaurant managment minigame is a little odd. I do enjoy playing it, but I actually didn't notice much different from the accessories, and raising customer patience basically meant I never had to try and use any of the others. And every time, I ended up going over time with no consequence. I'm a little bewildered as to how that works, and maybe it could use a bit of a workover. The idea is good, it just kind of felt like I Was forced to take five-minute breaks between the story more than anything else.
And I do wish more things happened in the apartment - stuff through the window, a few more hints as to the full story, etc. Just to keep it varied.
That said, Dead Plate and all of its endings entertained me thoroughly throughout, and we have quite a lovely art style and intense villain to work with - all the stuff a good RPG horror game needs. Highly recommend this one!
ok i followed instructions, "putting the entire zip folder in desktop, unzip, then drag only the game app outside the folder to desktop" still wont let me run the game sometimes when i reopen it crashes or it keeps showing "unknown error"
i love the game sm i really do but as a windows user its like a huge delay in me trying to pick something up. i have to spam enter and z just to do it. Meaning i cant even get past day 1
I paid for the game and now I can't seem to download it at all. Every attempt has failed, no matter what time of day or browser I use. It's been almost a week and I just wanna know if something's up with the game file?

when you’re about to go to work, you can choose what items you want to equip, make sure you bought the items first in the catalogue (magazine on your table)
I'm having trouble with the saved files in the game, I've saved my game multiple times in the file but whenever I close the game, then it just turns out those files get deleted every time. Is there any way to solve this, cause this truly is a good game and I wanna play more of it.
Dunno if this is the case for anyone else, but on day 6 there's constantly a bug where, usually after a table's done with all courses, there are dirty dishes on that table and one of the characters is standing next to the table by one of the corners. I've tried interacting with them from all possible angles but nothing works, going to the cash register to take their payment also doesn't work... and then after a moment they say it's taking too long and leave. That way I can't meet the daily quota :,)
Well, maybe it'll work if I try again in the near future. Either way, so far this game's been fun and I'm excited to see how the story progresses.

Hello! Have you read the download instructions? Following the steps correctly will let you bypass this error screen.
I'm pretty sure I followed all the steps correctly, I have it on Mac, if that changes anything
drag the file out of the folder its in into your desktop

Did you go to the little thing that looks like a light switch? I was stupid and kept trying the window until I restarted and realized
It might be a glitch or that you have to press Z while walking into the ticket place
You should go to the thing that looks like a light switch! and then use your foward arrow key while pressing Z

Make sure you let go of shift and you're at the golden hook looking thing on the wall.

in day 2 or 3 you can talk to him and ask him about some questions! it will get you to a day 7 and an ending depending on how you use the day. <3
